Beach Day 4
I’ve decided that vacationing with my kids is a blast! I just need to get into better shape to keep up with them. Lol – I can barely move today. Actually we’re all a bit sore and burned. Ben’s dealing with a sunburn rash that itches. When we ask them if they are ready to go home they shout “NO!”.
What cracks me up is I’ve yet to put on any make-up or do my hair. I’m literally on vacation this week. My kids have agreed they like seeing me this way. It’s very humbling when your oldest says I look pretty without makeup and my youngest says my hair is really cool and rough looking. Makes me laugh even writing this.
Today we’ve enjoyed playing on the beach – swimming, fishing, flying a kite and heading indoors to get out of the sun for awhile. We’ve decided that playing the board game – Clue – is super fun. Especially since I wowed them with my super cool detectiveness and won.
We’re heading back out to the pool now for awhile. Later!
